Pendleton J Capps and Sons Tribute Blanket

J. Capps and Sons of Jacksonville, IL, warranted an advertising testimonial from Buffalo Bill Cody of the Wild West Show. Capps was the first to capitalize on the Indian trade in the late 1800's. Most of the designs were simple yet dramatic. Capps blankets were noted for their exceptional quality. This blanket is based on an original design produced in 1910. Lighlty napped and bound with felt binding. 82% wool/18% cotton. Dry Clean only. Made in the USA by Pendleton Woolen Mills.
