Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: We will gladly issue a refund or exchange for any Northwest Museum Store purchase that you are not completely satisfied with, within 30 days of purchase. All that we ask is that the item has not been used and has all original packaging. The item must be free of pet hair and other debris, and free of odors like cigarette smoke. If you are returning a blanket, please do not return it in the Pendleton blanket box as this damages the box. Put the box in a shipping carton the same way we shipped it to you.
