Q: Who are you?
A: We are Northwest Pendleton, Inc. with brick and mortar stores in Seattle and Tacoma, WA. We have been in business for over 20 years. We use the following names: Northwest Pendleton, Northwest Museum Store, indianblanket.com, nwmuseumstore.com, customerservice@indianblanket.com and nwpend@yahoo.com.

Q: How long does it take before my order is shipped?
A: We normally have all items in stock in our stores, unless otherwise noted. Usually we will ship within 1-2 business days. We will notify you if there will be a delay.

Q: I just recieved a PayPal Money Request from nwpend@yahoo.com. Why?
A: If you paid by PayPal and this is an order going out of the Continental United States, more shipping is required to complete your order. Please follow the directions on the Money Request. IMPORTANT please make sure that the payment is going to nwpend@yahoo.com and that the site you are directed to starts with https://www.paypal.com.

Q: Do you sell Pendleton clothing?
